Dinner at the Blue Moon Yurt
The pictures below are from two separate trips. The yurt is located in Ponderosa Park (an Idaho state park). Diners meet and either crosscountry ski or snowshoe in and out. The yurt dinner is prepared in a primitive environment, without the convenience of electricity or running water. It becomes a gourmet seven course dinner that is loved by all. Lisa, the chef, is a river rat during the summer months.
